Beberapa alasan para pemesan barang sering sekali membuat surat keluhan atas pengiriman barang atau complaint letter, diantaranya karena 

-   Barang yang salah kirim

-   Kualitasnya tidak sesuai dengan yang diharapkan.

-    Barang yang dikirim rusak dan pengirimannya sudah lewat dari yang ditentukan

-    Harga yang tidak sesuai dengan perjanjian yang telah ditentukan sebelum pesenan

Dears Sirs,

On 16^th November 2012 I ordered one dozen of long dress material cotton spring at the publish price of $ 245 each.

On opening the parcel received this morning I found the material damage in the long dress and the color of the long dress that I received does not correspond to the order that has been my message. I am therefore returning them by parcel post for replacement as a matter of urgency please as I have several customers waiting.

You will of course credit my account with the invoiced value of the returned copies, including postage for $ 1.
